Pomona Capital Investment Inc is a company, which was registered in March of 2023. The objective of the company is to enter into various sectors of the United States market by exploring the potential opportunities that exist.
PCII has brought together a team of competent individuals from various sectors which include Investment Bankers, Property Developers, Entrepreneurs, and Business Consultants. This combination of personnel provides the company with over Two Hundred and Fifty years’ (250+) experience.
It is within this context that the company will enter into relationships that can provide tangible income streams in the US Market. PCII’s strategic vision is the United States Housing Market, which will provide tangible returns in its investment portfolios.
The medium term objective of the company is to explore the development of a crypto coin. The long term objective is for the mergers and acquisition of existing businesses, that maybe considered to be distressed assets.
In addition, PCII will provide turnkey solutions for business opportunities, which will create returns on investments (ROI).

The company welcomes the opportunity by potential investors’ participation in Pomona Capital Investment Inc (PCII) to invest in tangible projects, located in the United States (US) Property Development Market, which are contained in both the US Residential and Commercial development sectors.
Investors will have the opportunity to realize profits on their investment arising out of these precise projects.
In other words, individuals will have the ability to inject equity into PCII with the intention for Return on Investment (ROI), for any specified development.
Equity Investment will be no longer than Five (5) years for any defined Property Development Project. The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) provides explicit requirements, which each investor will follow.
Any investment taken by PCII will include a due diligence process. The relevant agreements between the company and the investor will be first undertaken by our legal department.
Investors will also have the opportunity to enter into a Joint Venture with the company by bringing Land Assets which can be developed into residential and commercial developments.

PCII business operation encompasses a vast array of interest in various business sectors in United States economy. One of the core areas that we are focused on, is the development of affordable housing and sustainable housing projects that is in alignment with our vision.

Pomona Capital Investment Inc's directors have decided to embark on entering into the housing market. This entry will allow PCII to roll out housing in various market segments in Florida.
Currently, the national average is estimated at Six
Point Five Million (6.5M) homes. This short fall
was precipitated over the past three (3) years due
to the COVID-19 pandemic. As well as variables
in the mortgage market.

Prices for townhouses/condos grew by 9% up to 310,000 per unit. A major contributor to this market is rising mortgage rates.
Coral Gables, FL had the fastest-growing sales price, up 87.2% year over year. Winter Park, FL followed closely behind, with a sales price growth of 56.2%. Margate, FL had a sales price growth of 43.8%, while Altamonte Springs, FL and Miramar Beach, FL both had a sales price growth of 34.6%. In January 2023, only 11.0% of homes in Florida sold below the list price, down 20.6 points year over year. This indicates that the demand for homes in Florida is high, with buyers willing to pay the full asking price or even above. There were only 30.5% of homes that had price drops, up from 12.0% of homes in January last year. This shows that sellers are becoming more realistic about pricing their homes and are willing to adjust prices to meet market demands.
In January 2023, the sale-to-list price ratio was 96.6%, down 2.4 points year over year. This means that buyers paid, on average, 96.6% of the listed price for their homes. This indicates that there may be some room for negotiation, but the market is still relatively strong for sellers.
